Nicholas Plopper
Managing Partner
Attorney Nicholas E. Plopper has been practicing law since 2008, became partner at Plopper & Partners, LLP as of 2010. He is admitted to practice by the Indiana State Bar (2008); U.S. District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana and U.S. Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit. He is a happily married father of two sons and two daughters and resides in Zionsville, Indiana. In his free time Nick enjoys making his family laugh, playing the guitar, playing and spectating golf, and collecting rare musical instruments and all manner of unusual sound devices. He has coached his sons soccer teams for the last 6 years. In the Spring of 2016 Nick accepted a Mayoral appointment from the Carmel Clay Parks and Recreation Board of Directors, where he has served as Secretary, and Vice President until 2020. Following a move to the neighboring Town of Zionsville, Indiana, Nick accepted a Town Council appointment to the Zionsvillle Plan Commission in January 2024. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Zionsville Alliance for Mental Wellness.
